What is Bal-A-Vis-X? (BAVX)

BAVX is a series of over 300 exercises evolved over 40 years to provide help for everyone to learn more – physically, socially, academically and emotionally.

They are a series of Balance, Auditory, Vision, eXercises of varied complexity, all of which are deeply rooted in rhythm. The exercises are done using sand-filled bags, racquetballs, and sometimes balance boards.

The founder and originator of BAVX was the late Bill Hubert, an educator with enormous compassion for those students who struggled. Learn more about Bill here.

Who will benefit from doing Bal-A-Vis-X?

While BAVX was originally developed for children who struggled at school, it has become beneficial for those with ADD/ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia, behavioural problems or other social/physical or cognitive challenges. This series of activities is suitable for both children and adults.

Jane Oliver is the international Trainer for BAVX, sanctioned by the late Bill Hubert, founder and developer of BAVX over four decades.

Jane has delivered this training in Europe, the UK and beyond for many years. She also works one-on-one with children and adults to overcome their physical as well as emotional challenges.
